All specifications of these products are sourced from our main supplier.
It is intended that our listed products will be sold to dealers or people suitably qualified to safely and properly install them.
Any hobbyist or enthusiast wishing to purchase these products should seek the services of a qualified computer technician. Professional procedures will need to be followed to protect the components of the computers these parts are fitted to at time of installation.
REFUNDS and RETURNS
All refunds are at our discretion and every situation will be looked at separately.
Some of our items are non refundable so be sure that you know what you are buying.
We will not normally refund if you change your mind after purchase.
If we do refund an item we will not pay return postage on returned items.
All items must be in an unopened saleable condition. No refund on used goods.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price on returned goods.
We will not refund opened partly assembled Acrylic cases for any reason. Cases will be checked for panel damage before being dispatched.
We will pay postage and refunds on dead on arrival items but not if items have been damaged in transit. Courier damage is the responsibility of the courier so check for damage to packaging before signing for goods. DO NOT sign for items with visibly damaged packaging. You should open and inspect item prior to signing as once you have signed you have accepted responsibility for the product and courier is no longer liable.
All claims for delivery damage need to be made to courier within 7 days of the date of delivery.
All Faulty goods must be returned to us within seven days of delivery.
All Faulty goods must be returned with their receipt. No receipt no Refund.
All Faulty goods must be returned with their original packaging.
We are not responsible for any freight costs for returned goods or any damages caused by installation or through overclocking the CPU.
There will be no refund if goods are found to be non faulty when returned.
Any return postage to us that we have covered and cost of re sending non faulty items to your address will also need to be paid for by you.
Goods will not be returned until all our costs are covered.
Warranty:
Unless otherwise stated all products have 12 months warranty from the date of the original invoice!

All credit card payments are processed for Modster PC by Paymate.

Once you login to the Modster PC website you can buy with credit card option in a secure "SSL" environment. Once we have your order we will check that the items you have ordered are in stock and then email back a confirmation.
All prices include GST plus delivery and there is no additional fee if paying with credit card.
A split system is used to receive credit card information for added security
Free shipping is offered for North and South Islands only and does not include smaller New Zealand Islands
WATER COOLING
If you wish to fit water cooling to your computer you do so at your own risk.
Modster PC will not accept any responsibility for damage to computer systems caused by problems associated with fitting water cooling.
Water cooling must be properly handled and tested at time of installation and needs on going close monitoring of water quality and inspection of components for leakage.
As this is beyond Modster PCs control we accept no responsibility if you have a problem.
If you are Not prepared to take responsibility for the risks associated with water cooling then Do Not install water cooling in your computer.
These conditions apply to purchase of individual parts pre-assembled kits as well as all other items listed under our water cooling category. It also applies to cases that are pre-installed with water cooling systems.
GAMES
We will not refund games unless there is a very good reason.
We will not refund games if you find that your computer is not powerful enough to run our games.
Make sure you read the hardware specifications for each game on the link to more info for each game. If not sure of this ask before you buy.
Check that your computers hardware specifications meet the games requirements.
Check clock speed ( CPU ). Ram requirements. Video card requirements. Hard Drive space requirements. CDrom or DVD requirements.
Also if game is restricted we are only likely to sell that game to dealers unless we have some positive way of insuring you meet age requirement.
We can be imprisoned for up to 2 years for braking the classification laws so if you are not old enough to purchase a restricted game dont ask.
