Shipping
No item will be sent out from Modster PC or one of its suppliers until customer has paid in full for goods ordered.
Once order is placed you will be sent an email confirming if the items you have ordered are available and the required information
to make payment to our bank account.
Direct credit is our preferred means of payment.
We no longer accept personal cheques.
All prices on the Modster PC site include GST, and already reflect 4% discount for Bank transfer payments.
Visa & MasterCard accepted but do not qualify for the 4% discount.
Please add 4 percent on top of total amount for Visa and Master Card Payments.
Modster PC uses Paymate to process all its credit card payments. Please allow an extra 24 hours for Paymate to process your credit card payment before we ship your order.

Modster PC accepts PayPal. This is the preferred payment for international sales. Please add 4 percent on top of total amount for PayPal Payments.
Modster PC at present does not provide finance for website orders but finance is available if purchasing from our New Plymouth retail shop.
Modster PC does not ship items for free outside New Zealand. Waiheke Island and other smaller New Zealand islands are not covered by Modster PCs free shipping policy
Modster PC ships worldwide but freight will be added to cover all costs of shipping internationally.
Modster PC is the sole partner for Sunbeamtech and Tuniq companies in New Zealand. We welcome all dealers inquiries.
Once your payment has cleared you can expect goods
to arrive within 2 days or 3 if rural.
Modster PC uses Fastway Couriers and CourierPost. Although Fastway often deliver overnight to North Island towns you can expect delivery to be
2 days North Island and 3 days South Island once your payment has cleared. Rural addresses need to allow an extra day for rural contractors to make delivery.
Modster PC will not be held liable to you (the purchaser) in any way as a result of a delay in delivery from the courier. Missing or damaged items need to be claimed against the courier company.
Please make sure you check parcels for damage prior to signing for or opening.
Modster PC as well as its website has a physical shop located in New Plymouths CBD. Pickups for web based orders can be made from Modster PCs New Plymouth shop.
REFUNDS
All refunds are at Modster PCs discretion and every situation will be looked at separately.
Some of our items are non refundable so be sure that you know what you are buying.
We will not normally refund if you change your mind after purchase.
If we do refund an item we will not pay return postage on returned items.
All items must be in an unopened saleable condition. No refund on used goods.
We will not refund opened partly assembled Acrylic cases for any reason. Cases will be checked for panel damage before being dispatched.
Opened case wraps will also not be refunded for any reason.
We will pay postage and refunds on dead on arrival items but not if items have been damaged in transit.
Courier damage is the responsibility of the courier so check for damage to packaging before signing for goods.
DO NOT sign for items with visibly damaged packaging. All claims for delivery damage need to be made to courier within 7 days of the date of delivery.
All Faulty goods must be returned to us within seven days of delivery.
All Faulty goods must be returned with their receipt. No receipt no Refund.
All Faulty goods must be returned with their original packaging.
There will be no refund if goods are found to be non faulty when returned.
Any return postage to us that we have covered and cost of re sending non faulty items to your address will also need to be paid for by you.
Goods will not be returned until all our costs are covered.
GAMES
We will not refund games unless there is a very good reason.
We will not refund games if you find that your computer is not powerful enough to run our games.
Make sure you read the hardware specifications for each game on the link to more info for each game. If not sure of this ask before you buy.
Check that your computers hardware specifications meet the games requirements.
Check clock speed ( CPU ). Ram requirements. Video card requirements. Hard Drive space requirements. CDrom or DVD requirements.
Also if game is restricted we are only likely to sell that game to dealers unless we have some positive way of insuring you meet age requirement.
We can be imprisoned for up to 2 years for breaking the classification laws so if you are not old enough to purchase a restricted game dont ask.
